Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: All affiliates must be 18+ and agree to these terms.

2. Commission Rate: Default commission is 5% of the net order value (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts). Custom rates for KOLs are available upon agreement.

3. Approval: All affiliate applications are subject to manual review and approval by Sungait.

4. Commission Calculation: Commissions are earned only on completed, non-refunded orders. Commissions for returned/canceled orders will be reversed.

5. Payment: Commissions are paid monthly on the 1st of each month for the previous month's valid orders, via PayPal or bank transfer. Minimum payout threshold is $50.

6. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates may not engage in spam, false advertising, trademark infringement, or any illegal promotion. Violation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Termination: Sungait reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for any reason.

8. Modification: These terms may be updated at any time, and affiliates will be notified via email.
